Changes

When you have an insurance with enabled option "insureOnlyItemsThatAreAtTheMomentInCargoAndInventory" then the not insured items will dropped, instead of deleted.

Hint: The insurance with option "insureOnlyItemsThatAreAtTheMomentInCargoAndInventory" can only be used when main option "storeAllItemsInCargoOfMainItems" is 0
