Improvement License system

• You can now config what kind of IP (IPv4/IPv6) your server is using to make the license validation request. See docs for details.

Feature

• you can now configure a default insurance for fresh or re spawns.
• you can limit the default insurance how often a new/respawn get the default insurance

Changes

When you have an insurance with enabled option "insureOnlyItemsThatAreAtTheMomentInCargoAndInventory" then the not insured items will dropped, instead of deleted. Hint: The insurance with option "insureOnlyItemsThatAreAtTheMomentInCargoAndInventory" can only be used when main option "storeAllItemsInCargoOfMainItems" is 0
