Right of Withdrawal

No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

According to Article 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires when:

• The contract relates to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, and
• The performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and
• The consumer acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once the performance has started.

By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you explicitly agree that we may begin delivering the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
